Asphalt Sealing

Family Owned and operated since 1997, Seattle Asphalt Company has been servicing the Seattle, WA area for residential and commercial asphalt repair and maintenance needs.

Parking lots wear over time causing cracks and deterioration in the pavement which requires maintenance and repair from an asphalt contractor.

During winter, it is normal to have water seep into the pavement cracks and freeze.  Once this happens, the asphalt cracks expand further and become larger.

Crack sealing will prevent the water from seeping in and causing additional foundation damage.

We have the ideal tools to get the job done right, the first time, irrespective of its size.
